    Michael Trigilio Chief Executive Officer

    Mike Trigilio was appointed Chief Executive Officer of HouseWorks in April 2021, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the home care industry. A seasoned operations-focused leader, Mike is recognized for his data-driven approach and steadfast commitment to the well-being of both clients and caregivers.

    Before joining HouseWorks, Mike served as CEO of Associated Home Care, where he grew the company into one of the largest home care providers in Massachusetts before its sale to Amedisys in 2016. He then became President of the Personal Care division at Amedisys, where he guided strategy, acquisitions, and operations from 2016 to 2020.

    Earlier in his career, Mike founded the Health and Home Care Training Center, a caregiver training facility in Massachusetts, as well as Elder Home Options, a residential housing model that enabled seniors to remain in their communities while coordinating with payors to ensure long-term care stability.

    Mike’s expertise spans concierge private home care, geriatric care management, Medicaid delivery at scale, and the integration of technology in care delivery. Under his leadership, HouseWorks continues to expand its position as a premier tech-enabled home care company dedicated to helping clients age with dignity at home.

    He currently serves on the Board of Directors for CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Partner), an independent, nonprofit accrediting organization for home and community-based healthcare providers.

    Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Salem State University.

    Sharon Dones Chief People Officer

    Sharon brings more than 15 years of health care talent experience to HouseWorks. Prior to joining the organization, Sharon served as Human Resource Director for Encompass Health, an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Western Massachusetts, and for Amedisys. She is a graduate of Salem State University with a bachelor’s degree and concentration in Human Resources and a master’s degree from Emmanuel College, with a focus in Human Resources.

    Bob joined the organization with two decades of experience serving in executive and financial leadership roles. Prior to his tenure at HouseWorks, Bob held the positions of CEO at CI Medical Technologies and Executive Vice Chairman at Dimex Corp. Earlier in his career, Bob served as CFO of Iron City Brewing, LLC, and held the role of Vice President of Financial Operations & Treasurer at Tube City IMS Corporation.

    Jon Fradin Chief Financial Officer

    Jon brings more than 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and middle-market investing. Prior to joining HouseWorks, Jon worked at two middle-market private equity firms, where he focused on high-growth merger and acquisition opportunities. He started his career at Wells Fargo Securities Investment Banking Division, focusing on M&A advisory services.

    Jon is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He also studied Financial Analysis at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

    Patrick has more than 25 years of systems administration and software development experience across the financial, utility, government and healthcare industries. He spent considerable time as a consultant in real-time systems integration of on-premise, cloud and hybrid environments. Patrick spent more than 12 years at BAYADA Home Health Care architecting and implementing master data management and integration capabilities involving dozens of systems used for home health care practice management, accounting, payroll, billing and compliance. He attended Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.

Justin is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology.
