Michael Trigilio
Chief Executive Officer
Mike Trigilio was appointed Chief Executive Officer of HouseWorks in April 2021, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the home care industry. A seasoned operations-focused leader, Mike is recognized for his data-driven approach and steadfast commitment to the well-being of both clients and caregivers.
Before joining HouseWorks, Mike served as CEO of Associated Home Care, where he grew the company into one of the largest home care providers in Massachusetts before its sale to Amedisys in 2016. He then became President of the Personal Care division at Amedisys, where he guided strategy, acquisitions, and operations from 2016 to 2020.
Earlier in his career, Mike founded the Health and Home Care Training Center, a caregiver training facility in Massachusetts, as well as Elder Home Options, a residential housing model that enabled seniors to remain in their communities while coordinating with payors to ensure long-term care stability.
Mike’s expertise spans concierge private home care, geriatric care management, Medicaid delivery at scale, and the integration of technology in care delivery. Under his leadership, HouseWorks continues to expand its position as a premier tech-enabled home care company dedicated to helping clients age with dignity at home.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors for CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Partner), an independent, nonprofit accrediting organization for home and community-based healthcare providers.
Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Salem State University.
