Our journey started in Greater Boston, where we pioneered an innovative Case Manager model to guide families through the complexities of aging. Since then, we’ve expanded our unique BetterCare at Home™ approach, not only to enhance quality of life but also to serve a broader range of clients—including private-pay older adults and dual-eligible Medicare-Medicaid clients—across communities throughout the Northeast.

HouseWorks is led by a Leadership Team that has decades of experience in home care.
From our home care office in Boston, HouseWorks assigns every private home care client to a dedicated CareTeam. Families know who to call for questions or advice. CareTeams are familiar with seniors’ preferences and habits, appointments and daily schedule, and day-to-day needs. Our private Caregivers and CareTeams work together to deliver seamless care.
