You likely have a number of questions about HouseWorks, and maybe about home care in general? When you call HouseWorks or fill out our Webform, your inquiry is sent directly to our Care Team. The HouseWorks Care Team is staffed with trained and caring home care professionals – not salespeople. When you call us during business hours, you speak directly to a Care Coordinator.
When you fill out our webform, a member of our team will review your information, and a Care Coordinator will respond the same day, or within 1 business day by phone and/or email (it’s always best to leave your phone number on our webform so the right Care Coordinator can speak to you directly).
When you talk to a Care Coordinator by phone you will be able to ask questions about home care for yourself or a loved one, and all your information is kept private. These calls generally last 20 minutes or until you have enough information about home care and any other concerns that are on your mind. If you are calling during our business hours and we do not pick up, it will only take about 30 minutes for a call back. If you are calling after hours or on weekends, it should only be 60 minutes or less for our after-hours attendant to return your call. If it’s easier for you – simply fill out our webform with any questions that you have along with your phone number, and we’ll send you additional information by email before speaking to you on the phone.
When we return your call on the number you provide, you will speak with an experienced Care Coordinator – we have no salespeople, and unlike other home care agencies we will not exert sales pressure of any kind. Our Care Coordinators are there for one purpose only – to help people understand our services and to provide care if and when it is a mutual fit.
