This is HouseWorks first [email protected] session. This session will focus on mobility which is designed to train your nervous system, so you are able to govern your movement better. The next three sessions will focus on Tai Chi, strength, and balance and spatial awareness.

      Chief Product & Technology Officer

      Sava brings more than 10 years of business operations, product development, and systems integration experience to HouseWorks. As Chief Product and Technology Officer, Sava manages innovation, product development, and technology including building a robust personal care, home safety, and Dementia product and designing technology that enables Caregivers to communicate care plan information from a client’s home, case managers to respond to real-time alerts, and clients to quickly review schedules, alerts, pictures, and home activity.

      Previously, Sava was the Chief Operating Officer of Building Excellent Schools, where she was responsible for finance, operations, technology and strategy for the organization, overseeing 110 schools in 26 cities across the country. She started her career at General Electric in corporate mergers and acquisitions.

      She received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was an editor of the Yale Journal of Regulation and her bachelor’s degree from Mount Holyoke College. She is a recipient of the distinguished Soros Fellowship, the Boston Chamber of Commerce Pinnacle Award for Emerging Executives, and the Harvard Business School Young American Leader Award. Sava serves as a senior lecturer at Brandeis University’s International Business School and is a board member of the National Women’s Political Caucus PAC.

      Brian Muccio’s life work has been to help clients develop their fullest potential. His goal is to refine your brain, body, and entire nervous system’s ability to integrate movement. Over the past several years, Brian has trained individuals of every age; ranging from 10-96 years old.  The rewards from his work with the aging population come from seeing the positive changes in strength, balance, agility, and mental sharpness that can happen at any age; he believes “exercise is often the best medicine”.
