  • Michael Trigilio Chief Executive Officer

    Mike was named Chief Executive Officer of HouseWorks in April 2021 with more than 25 years’ operating experience in the home care industry. A proven operations-focused leader with client and Caregiver well-being always top of mind, he brings a data-driven approach to home care. Previously, Mike served as CEO of Associated Home Care and grew it from three clients to more than 20,000, transforming it into one of the largest home care companies in Massachusetts prior to its sale in 2016. In 2016, Trigilio became President of the Personal Care division at Amedisys, overseeing the operations, acquisitions, and strategic direction of its Personal Care division from 2016-2020.

    Previously, Mike founded Health and Home Care Training Center, a caregiver training center in Massachusetts, and Elder Home Options, a residential housing model that kept seniors in their community and partnered with payors to stabilize clients’ housing, services and long term care management.

    Mike’s two decades of experience in concierge private home care, geriatric care management, Medicaid delivery at scale, and technology adaptation positions him to expand HouseWorks into a premier home-care, technology-driven company.  He is committed to advancing the role of private-pay home care to allow clients age in the comfort of their homes and continuing to develop world-class professional Caregivers.

    He is on the Board of Directors of CHAP, an independent, nonprofit accrediting body for home and community-based health care organizations.

    Mike earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Salem State University.

  • Nick Sansone Chief Operating Officer

    Nick is the Chief Operating Officer for the HouseWorks family of companies. With an impressive track record spanning over two decades in executive leadership within the home health care sector, Nick Sansone joins HouseWorks, bringing unparalleled expertise and insight to drive the Company toward continued growth and success. His most recent role as President of the South-Central region of the US at Aveanna Healthcare involved overseeing three service lines across nine states with 100 locations. He is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree from Mercer University.

    Sharon is the Chief People Officer for the HouseWorks family of companies. She has more than 15 years of experience. Prior to HouseWorks, Sharon served as Human Resource Director for Encompass Health, an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Western Massachusetts, and for Amedisys. She is a graduate of Salem State University with a bachelor’s degree and concentration in Human Resources and a master’s degree from Emmanuel College, with a focus in Human Resources. In her spare time, Sharon enjoys traveling.

    In his capacity at HouseWorks, Justin plays a pivotal role in supporting the C-Suite on diverse strategic initiatives and assumes responsibility for overseeing the integration process of newly acquired companies. Justin brings a wealth of experience to HouseWorks, having previously served as the National Director for an international non-profit organization, where he played a crucial role in facilitating worldwide initiatives and operations. His journey in the healthcare began at Amedisys, where he held various roles with increasing areas of responsibility. Justin is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire holding a bachelor of arts in Anthropology.

    Jon Fradin Executive Vice President of Corporate Development

    Jon is the EVP of Corporate Development for HouseWorks. He has more than 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and middle-marketing investing. Prior to joining HouseWorks, Jon worked at two middle-market private equity firms, where he focused on high-growth merger and acquisition opportunities. He started his career at Wells Fargo Securities’ Investment Banking Division, focusing on M&A advisory services.

    Jon is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He also studied Financial Analysis at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Recognized for his talents in enterprise systems development, he is a driving force behind innovation through seamless solution implementations, strategically positioning HouseWorks as a data-driven organization. Furthermore, he excels as a developer of business intelligence and data analytics, adeptly harnessing the power of information to inform and drive strategic decision-making.

    Jean is the Vice President of Compliance & Quality for HouseWorks. She has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare regulatory compliance, patient experience, publicly reported quality outcomes, and data driven process improvement. Prior to joining HouseWorks, Jean was the Vice President for Quality & Compliance at Care Dimensions, driving patient outcomes for clients receiving hospice and Palliative Care, and served as Compliance Officer and Director of Patient Experience for North Shore Medical Center. She is a graduate of Simmons University with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and graduated with her master’s in organizational management from Endicott College. Jean also achieved her national certification as a professional in healthcare quality (CPHQ).

  • Heidi Wilson VP of Clinical

    Heidi, our Vice President of Clinical, is a dual board-certified Acute Care and Gerontological Nurse Practitioner, bringing a wealth of expertise garnered from her extensive background in hospital, long-term care, and post-acute home-based care delivery. Prior to joining HouseWorks, she served as the Associate Medical Director and Vice President of Clinical Innovation at VNA Care Network Foundation. As a leader there, she oversaw the design and implementation of value based and nontraditional care delivery models; leveraging technology, collaborative partnerships, and innovative clinical care delivery to support clinicians, clients, and caregivers toward achieving their goals. Heidi is an alumna of the University of Massachusetts Medical School Graduate School of Nursing and pursued her undergraduate studies in molecular biology and biochemistry at the Universities of California at Berkeley and of Massachusetts at Boston. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in nursing leadership at Regis College.

Jen finds joy in family life in New England with her two golden retrievers. In her leisure time, she indulges in a love for sports and the culinary arts.

Outside of the digital realm, Jay finds joy in adventure travel during his spare time.
