This week, HouseWorks team members joined in a celebration of the greater Boston Jewish Family & Children’s Service at its 2019 Benefit Gala.

For 150 years, Jewish Family & Children’s Service (known as JF&CS) has served vulnerable populations including older adults living with chronic conditions. We were touched by the stories of those who benefit from the agency’s programs, which touch every age.

Some stories were told through a lovely video. There were few dry eyes as they heard from Will, Dayana and Judy, the latter a Holocaust survivor who JF&CS has helped through programs that counter elder isolation:
